Our restaurant-style menu offers many options, including a la carte selections and daily specials.

Although we encourage dining in our dining room, we also offer prompt room service for those who prefer to dine in the comfort of their own apartments. Our culinary staff is dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences whether you're dining with friends or loved ones.

What makes dining at The Gardens at Columbine different?

Our dining experience is unique for several reasons. We use fresh, seasonal ingredients and our soups are made from scratch daily.

We also have monthly food committee meetings where residents can share their ideas with our chef.

We offer a weekly rotating chef specials menu along with a standard restaurant-style menu that includes many vegetarian options.

We also have special menus for holidays and diabetic diets.

Additionally, we have a weekly wine night and happy hour every Wednesday from 3 to 4 P.M.

At The Gardens at Columbine, we offer a private dining room for hosting private parties for your family. (Our chefs can prepare a menu of your choice, and we can accommodate personal requirements such as birthdays)
